Repair request

Hanna Instruments has its own technical service. Products that may be covered by warranty must be sent to Hanna Instruments technical service with the completed repair form. The products must be properly packaged with a clear and complete statement of name and company details, accompanied by a short description of the defect or the service to be performed. The costs for sending products to Hanna Instruments are for the account of the customer. The sender is also responsible for any claims of transport damage by its carrier.

If, after approval by the technical service, the product is covered by warranty, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge and returned free of charge. Warranty applies only if the product is used under normal conditions and in accordance with the usage limits and prescribed maintenance and calibration procedures (with Hanna Instruments products) described in the manual. In order to qualify for the warranty, we may ask you for proof of purchase.

You will receive a detailed repair report by email within five business days of receipt before technical service proceeds to replace, repair or calibrate. The further processing will only be started after your signed agreement.
